Welcome to wildnights at the outpost!

Where the stargazing is endless and nature is all around you, the Wildnights at the Outpost is the ultimate camping experience.

Guests will spend the night in the middle of our pastures with rhinos and other rare and incredible species nearby. Lounge around the fire pit, relax on the covered decks, and explore vast, breathtaking views of The Wilds.

What's Included?

  • Up to SIX (6) guests can camp for $669/night! Additional guests are $100/night.
  • Complimentary Open-Air Safaris for up to six guests
  • 20% discount on all other specialty tours that The Wilds offers
  • Tent provided by The Wilds

  • A pre-packaged cooler complete with camping groceries for guests to cook (like hamburgers, hot dogs, and breakfast items)

Rental Information

  • The Outpost is available to rent June 1 through October 31. 
  • Check-in is at 5:30 p.m.  You must check in on-time or risk your reservation being cancelled without refund. 
  • Checkout by 9 a.m.
  • For guests staying more than one night, you will NOT have access to The Outpost between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. the following day. You will be shuttled out of The Outpost by a staff member at 9:00 a.m. and you will recheck-in at 5:30 p.m. for your next night. This allows team members to care for the animals during that time, and guests can also enjoy tours and dining! 
  • Because of the Outpost's remote location within The Wilds, you cannot leave the camping site until the following morning unless there is an emergency. Extra visitors cannot access the Outpost. 
  • For safety purposes, a team member from The Wilds will be present during the time guests are at the Outpost and will stay in their own tent. 
  • Guests must bring their own bedding.
  • Dress for the elements!
  • Guests must be over the age of five.
  • No pets are allowed anywhere on The Wilds' property.
