SAFARI TRANSPORT PASS
Board a Safari Transport for the Wilds' signature experience. Knowledgeable guides will take you through open-range animal areas, where you'll see rhinos, giraffes and many other rare and endangered animals roaming in large, natural settings. The Safari Transport Pass includes stops at Lake Trail and the Carnivore Center. Explore, learn, and relax while you observe the wildlife around you. The Safari Transport Pass is approximately 2-2.5 hours. Before or after your safari tour, enjoy a visit to the Wilds Gift Market and Overlook Cafe, or stroll through the Wilds' Butterfly Habitat.

COMMUNITY DAYS
Mondays and Tuesdays in June, July and August, visitors from Muskingum, Guernsey, Noble and Morgan counties receive a $2 discount off a Safari Transport Pass with proper ID. Discount does not apply to Open-Air Safari. Applicable at ticket window only, not on advance reservations.
OPEN-AIR SAFARI
Board an Open-Air Safari for the Wilds' premium experience. Knowledgeable guides will take you through open-range animal areas, where you'll see rhinos, giraffes and many other rare and endangered animals roaming in large, natural settings. Explore, learn, and relax while you observe the wildlife around you. Discover the Wilds from an open-air vehicle and the amazing animals you’ll encounter. This tour includes stops at Lake Trail and the Carnivore Center. Open-Air Safari tours are approximately 2-2.5 hours long. Before or after your safari tour, enjoy a visit to the Wilds Gift Market and Overlook Cafe, or a stroll through the Wilds' Butterfly Habitat.

WILD ANIMAL ENCOUNTER
Board an enclosed Safari Transport vehicle for an exciting tour experience, slightly shortened for our younger guests. A knowledgeable guide will take you through a portion of the Wilds' open-range animal areas where you'll see many rare and endangered animals roaming in large, natural settings. This tour includes an opportunity to meet some animals up-close while learning about ways to support conservation.
This tour operates between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. weekends only in May, daily June - August, and weekends only in September. Before or after your safari tour, enjoy a visit to the Wilds Gift Market and Overlook Cafe, or stroll through the Wilds' Butterfly Habitat.

WILDSIDE TOUR
This exclusive tour gives you the opportunity to interact with Animal Management specialists to see the Wilds at work. Each experience will vary day-to-day, depending on what program work is taking place at the time of the Wildside Tour. One day you might observe Conservation Medicine staff conducting a medical procedure; or visit Restoration Ecology staff reseeding prairies; or feed the giraffes with our Animal Management staff. Tours are approximately 2 1/2 hours long and include plenty of time in pasture to see rare and endangered species in their open-range habitat, and learn directly about our programs from your Animal Management guide.
Before or after your safari tour, enjoy a visit to the Wilds Gift Market and Overlook Cafe, or stroll through the Wilds' Butterfly Habitat.

*The Wildside Tour takes place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately. For the safety of our guests, close-toe shoes are required. Guests of the Wildside Tour will be transported safari style on a padded bench in the back of a specially-designated Animal Management pick-up truck. In the event of extreme weather an enclosed vehicle may be used for the tour. Must be age 4 or older. We regret that this experience is not ADA accessible.
ADA ACCESSIBILITY
All buildings including the Johnson Visitor Center, Overlook Café & Gift Market as well as destinations along the safari tours are ADA compliant. A selection of Open Air and enclosed Safari Transport buses available throughout the day are wheelchair accessible and can accommodate up to two wheelchairs (length of time between departures will vary). Visitors with service animals are welcome at the Wilds. However, for the health and safety concerns of the non-native species, we regret that some visitor areas cannot accommodate service animals. Please contact us to make arrangements for your tour. Handicap parking is available.
